Octopus Deploy execution container image to interact with 1Password

This image contains all the necessary tooling to run 1Password commands with Octopus Deploy.
A new image is built each time a new version of 1Password is detected. The version numbers will be based on the version of 1Passwords op CLI.
Note: No windows/amd64 platform support is provided for this image.
